These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Meet N Play, including our website, mobile app, and related services. By using Meet N Play, you agree to these terms.

About Meet N Play

Meet N Play provides sports discovery, community, team, event, venue, academy, gallery, chat, notification, and related coordination features. We help users connect around sports activities, but we do not control every offline interaction, venue, event, academy, or user-created listing.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You must not pretend to be another person, create accounts to misuse the service, or access another user's account without permission.

User content and conduct

Users may create or upload profiles, images, gallery items, teams, sport circles, events, venue or academy information, invitations, chat messages, and other content. You are responsible for content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, illegal, offensive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, or exploit other users.
• Use Meet N Play for unlawful activity or unsafe coordination.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
• Interfere with the app, API, website, security, or normal service operation.

Sports, events, venues, and real-world activity

Sports and community activities can involve physical risk. Users are responsible for their own safety, readiness, equipment, travel, conduct, and decisions when participating in any activity found or coordinated through Meet N Play.

Meet N Play does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, pricing, attendance, behavior, or accuracy of any user, event, team, sport circle, venue, academy, or third-party service.

Bookings, payments, and offline arrangements

If venue booking, payment, or request features are available, the relevant users, owners, academies, or venues are responsible for confirming details, pricing, availability, cancellations, refunds, and offline arrangements unless a separate written policy states otherwise.

Moderation and account action

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe there is abuse, policy violation, safety risk, legal risk, or misuse of the service.

Third-party services

Meet N Play may use third-party services such as app stores, maps, Firebase, SMS, email, hosting, analytics, and payment or communication providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Service availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet N Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user conduct, offline sports activity, venue issues, event disputes, third-party services, or unauthorized account access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
