• Device and app information such as app version, device identifier, Firebase Cloud Messaging token, operating system, and basic diagnostic information.
• Usage and activity information such as searches, joins, invitations, notifications, and feature interactions needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
• Provide sports discovery, search, teams, sport circles, events, academies, venues, chat, gallery, and notification features.
• Show relevant nearby content based on selected or permitted location.
• Send OTPs, account messages, invitations, booking/request updates, and push notifications.
• Maintain safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell user personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, storage, email, SMS, maps, analytics, Firebase, push notifications, and app store platform services. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Location, media, and permissions

Location access is used to help users find sports communities, venues, academies, players, and events near them. Camera and photo access may be used when users choose to upload images for profiles, galleries, venues, events, posts, or related app features. Users can manage device permissions from their device settings.

Chat and user-generated content

Meet N Play may allow users to create teams, events, sport circles, posts, listings, invitations, and messages. Users are responsible for the content they submit. We may review or remove content if needed for safety, support, policy, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Some deleted content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
